【摘    要】课堂即兴评价是指在课堂教学活动中对学生的各种学习行为、交往行为给予及时、合理、激励的评价。现代心理学表明，当学生某种良好的行为出现之后，如能及时得到相应的认可，就会产生某种心理满足，形成愉悦的心情，并使同类行为继续向更高层次做出积极努力。课堂即兴评价要着眼于学生学习的整个过程，多维度地对学生的学习进行评价，以树立学生的学习自信心，激发主动交往，从而真正体现评价的功能。当前，即兴评价已经成为教师教育智慧和能力的一种表现。

Impromptu Evaluation of Art， Deduction of Practical Classroom

【Abstract】Classroom impromptu evaluation refers to the timely， reasonable and stimulating evaluation of students' various learning behaviors and interaction behaviors in classroom teaching activities. Modern psychology shows that after a certain kind of good behavior of students appears， if they can get the corresponding recognition in time， they will produce a certain psychological satisfaction， form a happy mood， and make similar behaviors continue to make positive efforts to a higher level. Classroom impromptu evaluation should focus on the entire process of students' learning， evaluate students' learning in multiple dimensions， in order to establish students' self-confidence in learning， stimulate active communication， and truly reflect the function of evaluation. At present， impromptu evaluation has become a manifestation of teachers' educational wisdom and ability.

《数学课程标准》明确指出，评价的主要目的是全面了解学生的数学学习历程，激励学生的学习和改进教师的教学;应建立评价目标多元、评价方法多样的评价体系。对数学学习的评价要关注学生学习的结果，更要关注他们学习的过程;要关注学生数学学习的水平，更要关注他们在数学活动中所表现出来的情感与态度，帮助学生认识自我，建立信心。在新课程理念的指导下，我在创新课堂即兴评价方面进行了一些探索和实践，取得了一些初步经验。下面笔者结合教学实践谈谈我对创新课堂即兴评价的认识及其做法。

一、营造民主、平等的课堂氛围

心理学的研究告诉我们：一个人在愉快、平等的环境中，接收的信息最多，学习效率也最高。对于小学生而言，这种氛围也最容易激发他们的创新欲望。……
