【摘    要】扎实提升国民道德品质，弘扬社会主旋律，促进青少年健康成长，这是教育工作者共同的使命和责任。教育工作者要充分利用好现代化的教育技能和先进的教育方法，尊重学生的认知行为习惯，潜移默化地进行德育渗透。这样的初中语文课堂才能真正凸显其品德教育的作用，让学生能够以更端正的态度接受中国语言文化的熏陶与传承，并在将来的学习生活中有一番作为，为国家的发展和社会的进步做出贡献。

Strategies of Moral Education in Junior Middle School Chinese Teaching

【Abstract】It is the common mission and responsibility of educators to improve the national moral quality， carry forward the social theme and promote the healthy growth of young students. Educators should make full use of modern educational skills and advanced educational methods， respect students' cognitive behavior habits， and imperceptibly infiltrate moral education. Only in this way can the junior middle school Chinese classroom truly highlight the role of moral education， enable students to accept the influence and inheritance of Chinese language and culture with a more correct attitude， and make a contribution to the development of the country and the progress of society in the future.

在初中語文教学中渗透德育思想，实现立德树人，以德育人，这是新时代语文教育创新发展的重要目标和重要任务。对于正处于青春期的初中生而言，他们需要的不仅是知识和文化，还要有良好的品德修养和端正的价值信仰。因此，教育工作者应该将德育融入语文学科教育中，通过对课本内容的解读渗透人文思想，通过教学评价体现对学生的关怀，通过对诗词文章的审美教学渗透乐观的生活态度、健康的心态性格和对美好事物的追求等。要把德育作为语文教学的一个重点去渗透，让学生潜移默化地受到熏陶和影响。

一、在教学中体现教育的公平

德育是什么？这需要每个教育工作者进行深刻的思考。我们要树立学生的道德品质，并不意味着要苦口婆心地教导学生该怎么做，不该怎么做;而是要在语文教学中体现出为人师者的表率作用，要身体力行地传递正能量，助人成长，在教学中体现教育的公平，这是德育开展的重要条件。……
