【摘    要】足球作为一种全民运动，在世界范围内流传甚广，甚至被誉为“世界第一运动”。与其他运动相比，足球运动具有容易开展、容易学习、成本较低等特点，更适合乡村小学的实际条件。在乡村小学开展足球运动，是国家教育现代化的要求，也是提高学生身体素质的需要。因此，当代乡村小学体育教师要掌握科学合理的足球运动开展策略。

Problems and Solutions of Football in Rural Primary Schools

【Abstract】As a national sport， football is widely spread around the world， and it is even known as the "world's number one sport". Compared with other sports， football has the characteristics of being easy to develop， easy to learn， and low cost， which is more suitable for the actual conditions of rural primary schools. The development of football in rural primary schools is a requirement for the modernization of national education and also a requirement for improving the physical fitness of students. Therefore， contemporary rural elementary school physical education teachers need to master scientific and reasonable football development strategies.

从2014年教育部下发的《关于组织开展中学校校园足球工作专项调研的通知》开始，广大体育教师就应该认识到，开展校园足球活动已经上升到国家层面，成为国家重视体育学科和体育事业发展的重要方略。在这种大背景下，在乡村小学开展足球教学是贯彻国家方略的重要决定，也对学生和身心健康发展有着重要的意义。但就目前足球活动开展情况看，依然存在许多现实因素的制约，在这种情况下，小学体育教师要对开展过程中可能会存在的問题及对应的解决策略进行分析，以更好地组织足球教学活动。因此，本文主要就乡村小学开展足球运动存在的问题及解决措施进行探究。

一、乡村小学开展足球运动存在的问题

（一）学生缺乏足够的兴趣

对于小学阶段的学生来说，由于身心发展不完善，对于新鲜事物充满好奇又缺乏足够的耐心，因此，在学习足球相关知识的过程中，往往会出现注意力难以集中等情况，影响着足球教学工作的顺利开展。……
