【摘    要】通过对城乡多所幼儿园进行了详实有效的调查研究后，我们发现：正确开展体育特色教育有着不可或缺的重要意义，其对促进幼儿身心健康，改善幼儿体质体能，培养幼儿兴趣爱好等都有重要意义。不过以幼儿的体质体能水平，所能接受的体育训练有限，不适合高强度、专业化的体育教学训练。因此，教育工作者要创新开展体育教学活動，践行游戏化教学，渗透民族传统体育运动，渗透体育文化和体育精神，给儿童丰富多彩的童年生活。

【Abstract】After conducting a detailed and effective investigation and research on many kindergartens in urban and rural areas， we found that the correct development of sports education is of indispensable significance， which can promote children's physical and mental health， improve their physical fitness， and cultivate children's interests and hobbies. important meaning. However， based on the physical fitness level of young children， the physical training that they can receive is limited， and it is not suitable for high-intensity， professional physical education training. Therefore， educators must innovate to carry out physical education activities， practice gamification teaching， infiltrate traditional national sports， infiltrate sports culture and sports spirit， and give children a colorful childhood life.

幼儿园是进行幼儿成长教育的主阵地。在现代化的教育理念指导下，幼儿园教育内容要严格做到去小学化;同时特别注重对幼儿身心成长的教育引导。开展体育特色教育，这就是幼儿身心健康发展的重要举措。在当前体育教学整体受到重视，中考体育分值与语文、数学同等的大环境下，广大家长也更加注重幼儿体育素养的培养。在幼儿园教育中，针对幼儿体质体能情况开展有特色的体育教育活动，顺应时代所需，有广阔的发展前景。

一、体育特色教学活动的现状概况

体育是一种大众化的体育运动形式，在各地区、各年龄段人群中都有不同的表现形式。在现代体育事业的发展中，体育和教育的结合更加紧密。校园足球活动、阳光体育活动、阳光大课间活动，都是体育在义务教育中进行普及发展的重要体现。……
