摘  要：随着煤矿行业的快速发展，为人们的生活提供了资源支持，而在煤矿生产过程中也会遇到问题，若不能及时处理，不仅会影响整个煤矿的生产效率，还会对煤矿行业造成经济损失。本文针对煤矿机电设备维修管理模式及其发展趋势展开探讨，并就机电设备维修现状也提出几点完善策略，为相关人员提供参考，保障作业人员生命财产安全，降低机电设备维修成本支出。

Discussion on Maintenance Management Mode and Development Trend of Electromechanical Equipment in Coal Mine

Abstract： With the rapid development of the coal mine industry， it provides resource support for people's life， and problems will be encountered in the process of coal mine production. If it can not be handled in time， it will not only affect the production efficiency of the whole coal mine， but also cause economic losses to the coal mine industry. This paper discusses the maintenance management mode and development trend of coal mine electromechanical equipment， and puts forward some improvement strategies for the current situation of electromechanical equipment maintenance， so as to provide reference for relevant personnel， ensure the safety of operators' life and property， and reduce the maintenance cost of electromechanical equipment.

大多数煤矿生产过程中都会因机械设备出现故障影响到生产效率，而社会的发展及人类发展离不开煤矿生产行业的支持，但是部分机械设备存在着质量问题，从而难以保障施工作业人员的生命财产安全，同时也会影响煤矿生产的质量。因此笔者认为，首先要了解机电设备维修过程中存在的问题，并采取有效措施处理问题，只有这样才能够为施工人员的生命安全保驾护航，切实降低机械设备发生故障的概率，推动煤矿生产作业能够顺利展开。

1煤矿机电设备维修管理现状

1.1设备操作问题

目前，煤矿机电设备维修过程中存在一定的问题，其中由于设备操作方面的问题未能得到妥善解决，将直接加大煤礦生产行业设备维修成本的支出，具体原因分析如下。第一，煤矿的发展速度逐步得到提高，在生产过程中要使用到大量的机电设备，而很多设备其工作原理不同，倘若未能按照规范要求去操作，会致使设备出现故障问题，从而导致整个煤矿生产作业进度受到影响^[1]。……
