摘  要：随着科学技术水平的不断提高，智能化、自动化技术的应用愈发广泛，其中包括施工场地管理，即智慧工地管理模式。作为人工智能技术和现代无线通信技术在建筑领域的创新应用，在其建设过程中难免存在缺少统一标准、统筹意识不足等问题。基于此，本文重点分析当前智慧工地建设过程中遇到的常见问题，以此为基础，从“互联网+”、人才培养等方面研究相应的解决对策，以期为相关工作提供参考性建议。

Research on Problems Encountered in Construction of Smart Site and Solutions

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology， the application of intelligent and automatic technology is more and more widely， including construction site management， that is， intelligent site management mode. As the innovative application of artificial intelligence technology and modern wireless communication technology in the field of architecture， there are inevitably problems such as lack of unified standards and lack of awareness of overall planning in its construction process. Based on this， this paper focuses on the analysis of the common problems encountered in the current smart site construction process， and on this basis， studies the corresponding solutions from the aspects of "Internet +" and talent training， in order to provide reference suggestions for related work.

近幾年，建设事业的发展使得建设工地规模越来越大，为有效管理设备物资和施工人员，改善施工现场环境复杂简陋等问题，明确管理作业流程，智慧工地管理模式受到人们的关注。但是如何转变管理模式、深化建筑工地管理人工智能深度，成为智慧工地建设的主要难题。在其实际建设过程中，不仅需要综合使用现代化智能技术，还需要结合工程实际推进，难免出现问题，因此，研究常见问题和解决对策是十分必要的。

1 分析智慧工地建设遇到的问题

智慧工地源于智慧安监，是指新型施工管控模式，通过集成移动互联网、人工智能以及物联网等现代化技术构建精细化三级联动的管理体系，但是在该管理模式建设和推进过程中存在一些问题，主要体现在以下两个方面。

1.1信息平台建设问题

由于该管理模式具有智能化、自动化以及网络化等特点，因此涉及的现代化技术较为丰富，这对大环境下平台建设提出了更高要求。……
