氟吡菌酰胺防治烟草根结线虫病及对烟株生长的影响

摘 要:为探究新型杀线剂氟吡菌酰胺对烟草根结线虫病的防效及对烟株生长的影响,2019年研究组在黔西县林泉镇清塘村进行了田间试验,通过病情指数、防治效果以及农艺性状等指标综合评价41.7%氟吡菌酰胺悬浮剂不同用量对烟草根结线虫病的防效及烟株生长的影响。结果表明:使用41.7%氟吡菌酰胺悬浮剂0.05~0.07 mL/株,兑水500 mL后灌根,对烟草根结线虫病的防效为65.94%~68.27%,显著高于常规药剂(10%噻唑膦颗粒剂);该悬浮剂还能明显增强烟草成熟期株高、茎围、最大叶片长、宽、有效叶片数等农艺性状。

Abstract:In order to explore the control effect of a new nematicide fluopyram on tobaccoroot-knot nematode and its impact on the growth of tobacco,a field experiment was evaluated on the effect of 41.7% fluopyram SC on the tobaccoroot-knot nematodes based on the disease index,control effect and its impact on agronomic trait.This study was conducted in qingtang village,Linquan Town,Qianxi county,Bijie City,in 2019.The results showed that the control effect of 41.7% fluopyram SC of 0.05~0.07 mL per plant mixed with 500 mL water on the root against root-knot nematode was 65.94%~68.27%,which was significantly higher than that of conventional medicament,10% fosthiazate GR;41.7% fluopyram SC significantly enhanced the agronomic characteristics of tobacco in the maturation period,such as plant height,stem circumference,maximum leaf length and width,and effective number of leaves.

根结线虫(Meloidogynespp.)在烟草根组织内为害,使根系畸形呈结状,故称为烟草根结线虫病。发病烟株因根系受损,吸收水分及养分能力下降,叶片表现黄化、植株矮小,导致烟叶产量和品质降低,从而造成严重的经济损失[1]。近年来,由于烟草种植标准化、集中化的发展,重茬率不断提高,因此,烟草根结线虫病的发生逐年加重,已成为烟草种植中的主要病害之一。随着高毒、剧毒杀线剂的禁用,高效、低毒杀线剂已成为根结线虫病防控的首选。氟吡菌酰胺为新型杀线剂,具有高效、低毒、绿色、低用量等特点,现已用于黄瓜、番茄、香蕉等多种作物的根结线虫病防控[2-6]。本研究探究不同用量41.7%氟吡菌酰胺悬浮剂对烟草根结线虫病的防治效果及对烟株农艺性状的影响,从而为该药剂在防治烟草根结线虫病上提供理论依据。……
