摘 要：为推广应用绿化树种人面子，研究人面子扦插繁育技术。以绿化树种人面子树2a优良母株枝条为研究对象，通过正交试验研究了不同扦插时间、不同插穗条部位和不同生根剂浓度处理对人面子扦插生长情况的影响。春季扦插的穗条在生根率、平均根数、平均根长均优于其他季节;10 cm长的扦插穗条生根率最高，达到了（82.00±0.57）%，平均生根條数最多，达到了（8.00±0.57）条，平均根长最长，达到了（8.59±0.24）cm;用400 mg/L ABT速蘸的穗条生根率最高，达到了（84.68±0.88）%，平均生根条数最多，达到了（8.02±0.59）条，平均根长最长，达到了（8.51±0.14）cm。人面子较适宜的扦插季节为春季，较适宜的扦插穗条长度为10 cm，较适宜的枝条部位是中部，较适宜的生根剂浓度为400 mg/L。

Abstract：In order to promote the application of Dracontomelon duperreanum and study their cutting propagation technology. Taking the excellent mother plant branches of the green tree species D. duperreanum 2a as the research object， the effects of different cutting time， different cutting parts and different rooting agent treatments on the growth of D.  duperreanum cutting were studied by orthogonal experiment. The rooting rate， average number of roots and average root length of cuttings in spring were superior to those of other seasons. The rooting rate of cuttings of 10cm length is the highest， reaching （82.00±0.57）%. The highest average rooting number was （8.00±0.57）， the longest average root length was （8.59±0.24） cm; the highest rooting rate of cuttings dipped with 400 mg / L rooting agent was （8.59±0.24） cm） （84.68±0.88）%， the average number of rooting was the most， reaching （8.02±0.59）， the average root length was the longest， reaching （8.51±0.14） cm. In words， the most suitable cutting season is spring， the most suitable cutting length is 10 cm， the most suitable branch position is the middle part， and the most suitable rooting agent concentration is 400 mg / L.

人面子（Dracontomelon duperreanum Pierre），漆树科人面子属，别名人面果、银莲果等，属常绿大乔木植物，高达20余米[1]，原产越南和中国广西。人面子喜阳光充足及高温多湿环境，适深厚肥沃的酸性土壤生长，抗风，抗大气污染[2];生长迅速[3]，萌芽能力强，寿命达百年以上。其树干通直，枝叶茂密，冠幅美观， 远看树形如展开的巨伞，是优良的“四旁”和庭园绿化树种，也适合作行道树[4]或广场孤植、对植的优良乡土树种[5]。人面子不仅具有绿化观赏价值，还具有较高的经济价值，果实可生食[6]，也可加工;果实、根皮、叶均可入药[7];树木理通直密致、材色灰褐有光泽且耐朽力强， 为车船、建筑与家具的优良用材;种子含油量达70%左右，可以榨油制皂或作润滑油[8]。因此人面子是一种推广前景十分巨大的绿化树种。……
