配施有机肥对烤烟镁肥效应的影响

摘 要:为探究配施有机肥对烤烟镁肥施用效应的影响,在田间试验条件下进行有机肥、镁肥两因素三水平完全随机试验,有机肥的三个施用水平分别为0、71、142 kg/667m2,镁肥的三个施用水平分别为6.58、13.16、19.72 kg/667m2。对不同处理烤烟农艺性状、经济性状及烟叶内在化学成分进行剖析,结果表明:相同施镁条件下,随有机肥施用量的增加,土壤交换性镁含量呈下降趋势,不同有机肥配施条件下,施镁能起到促进烟株生长发育,改善烤烟农艺性状、提高烟叶经济效益的效果,且有机肥施用量为142 kg/667m2的水平下烟叶经济性状与施镁量呈正相关,该水平下镁肥肥效最高;镁肥能起到加强有机肥配施对烟叶品质的提升作用;有机肥施用量为142 kg/667m2并配施19.72 kg/667m2硫酸镁最有利于促进烤烟生长发育,改善烟株农艺性状,提高烟叶产、质量,协调烟叶内在化学成分。

Abstract:The field experiment was carried out to explore the effect of combined application of organic fertilizer and magnesium fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco,a completely randomized trial was conducted with two factors and three levels of organic fertilizer and magnesium fertilizer.The three application levels of organic fertilizer were 0 kg/667m2,71 kg/667m2,142 kg/667m2 and the three application levels of magnesium fertilizer were 6.58 kg/667m2,13.16 kg/667m2,19.72 kg/667m2.The agronomic traits,economic traits and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed.The results showed that the content of exchangeable magnesium in soil decreased with the increasingapplication levels of organic fertilizer under the same magnesium application levels.Under different application levels of organic fertilizer,magnesium fertilizer could promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,improve the agronomic characteristics and economic benefits of tobacco leaves.Under the level of 142 kg/667m2 of organic fertilizer,there was a positive correlation between the economic traits of tobacco leaves and magnesium application level,and magnesium fertilizer was the most effective; Magnesium fertilizer can enhance the effect of organic fertilizer on the quality of tobacco; The combined application level of organic fertilizer was 142 kg/667m2 with 19.72 kg/667m2 magnesium sulfate was the most beneficial to promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco.This combined application level could improve the agronomic traits of tobacco plants,increase the yield and quality of tobacco leaves,and coordinate the internal chemical components of tobacco leaves in Qianxi County,Guizhou Province.

烤烟是叶用型经济作物,其烟叶产量的高低和品质的好坏对烟农收入和国家税收均起着至关重要的作用。为提高烤烟产、质量,提升烤烟经济效益,除氮、磷、钾外,中、微量元素对烤烟的产质量也有很大影响。镁作为氮、磷、钾之后的第四大必需营养元素[1],而烤煙又是需镁量较多的作物[2],其在烤烟增产提质方面的作用更是不可忽视。适量镁肥施用不仅能促进烤烟的根系发育,提高烟株对矿质营养元素的吸收效率,改善烤烟株高、叶片数、叶面积大小及单叶重等农艺性状[3-4],还能起到降低烟叶蛋白质、烟碱含量,协调烟叶化学成分,提升烟叶类胡萝卜素含量,改善烟叶香气质量提升烟叶燃烧质量的作用[5]。……
