【摘  要】随着经济的快速发展和经济体制的不断改革，物流业逐渐成为国民经济中不可替代的一部分，而在整个物流产业中至关重要的部分当属铁路物流。目前，为确保铁路货运改革不断深入推进，国家大力支持国家铁路与地方铁路的建设。中国铁路货运势必从传统铁路货场转型为铁路物流中心。随着现代物流业的高速发展，中国铁路物流面临接踵而来的挑战和机遇。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous reform of the economic system， the logistics industry has gradually become an irreplaceable part of the national economy， and the vital part of the entire logistics industry belongs to the railway logistics. At present， in order to ensure that the railway freight reform continues to advance in depth， the state strongly supports the construction of national and local railways. China's railway freight is bound to transform from a traditional railway yard to a railway logistics center. With the rapid development of modern logistics industry， China's railway logistics is facing challenges and opportunities one after another.

1 研究背景及意义

1.1 研究背景

自新中国成立以来，伴随着中国铁路网的完善，铁路货运也随之发展，并且逐渐形成了覆盖全国范围的货运场站网络。“七五”期间，全线大部分地区区段被迫取消了沿途的零担列车，中国铁路迎来了第一个低潮期，停办了2000多个车站的部分业务，直到“八五”“九五”末中国铁路货场才实现增运增收，不断提高服务水平。20世纪80年代，部分铁路分局才开始尝试建设适用于企业开展铁路服务的运营基地，普遍规模较小，设施简单的自有货场直至90年代后才开始出现。与此同时，在政策上鼓励货运场站拓展多元化服务功能的文件相继出台。

1.2 研究意义

本文以铁路物流的现状及发展的优势与劣势为切入点，主要分析铁路物流发展面临的问题并且提出解决问题的对策。浅谈我国铁路物流发展所需要的基本保障体系，加快铁路物流融入现代物流领域的速度，从而适应国民经济发展，充分体现我国铁路物流在国民经济中的可视性作用。……
