【摘  要】论文通过对肃北县实施乡村振兴战略情况的调查，阐述了肃北县实施乡村振兴战略的主要做法，针对肃北县乡村振兴战略实施过程中存在的问题，提出发展特色产业、实施生态立县、传承传统文化、创新治理体系、培育吸引人才和加强党的建设六个方面的政策建议。

【Abstract】Based on the investigation of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Subei County， this paper expounds the main practices of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Subei County. In view of the problems existing in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy of Subei County， the paper puts forward six policy suggestions in terms of developing characteristic industries， carrying out the ecological construction of the county， inheriting traditional culture， innovating the governance system， cultivating and attracting talents， and strengthening the Party building.

1 引言

实施乡村振兴战略是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大历史任务。《中共中央国务院关于新时代推进西部大开发形成新格局的指导意见》提出“深入实施乡村振兴战略，大力促进城乡融合发展”。自乡村振兴战略实施以来，肃北县把实施乡村振兴作为解决“三农”问题的总抓手，统筹推进农村经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明和党的建设，乡村振兴稳步推进并取得积极成果。

2 肃北县乡村振兴战略实施基本情况

肃北蒙古族自治县位于河西走廊西端南北两侧，县域分南山和北山两个不相连的区域，总面积6.67万平方公里，户籍人口1.22万人，是甘肃省唯一的边境县和以蒙古族为主的少数民族自治县，毗邻国际旅游名城敦煌，是“丝绸之路”、大敦煌旅游圈辐射带上的重要节点和重要组成部分。调查发现，肃北县把发展民俗生态文化旅游产业作为实施乡村振兴战略的切入点，不断加大村容村貌整治力度，不断加强民族特色文化发展，乡村振兴取得了积极成效。
