摘    要：為深入分析国内在土地整治项目区耕地质量评价的研究现状，了解研究热点和前沿问题，科学指导土地整治项目区耕地质量评价工作开展，采用文献计量方法对有关土地整治项目区耕地质量评价的文献进行检索与分析。结果表明，国内在土地整治项目区耕地质量评价中广泛采用地块法划定评价单元;评价因素沿用了农用地质量分等因素，采用田块规整度、灌溉保证率、排水条件、田间道路通达度、农田防护林网密度、电力设施配套率评价土地整治工程的质量，利用土壤养分元素、单位产量和生产组织管理分别作为表征土壤内部肥力、产能核算和生产管理的补充评价因素;运用特尔菲法或层次分析法确定各评价因素权重;采用加权评价模型构建土地整治项目区耕地质量评价体系。

Analysis of Current Situation of Cultivated Land Quality Evaluation in Land Remediation Area Based on Literature Measurement

Abstract：In order to make an in-depth analysis of the research status of cultivated land quality evaluation in the land reclamation project areas in China， understand the hot spots and frontier issues， and scientifically guide the development of cultivated land quality evaluation in the land reclamation project areas，the literature metrology method was used to search and analyze the literature of farmland quality evaluation in the land reclamation project area. The results showed that the land parcel method was widely used to delimit the evaluation unit in the land reclamation project area in China. Evaluation factors continued to use the quality of farmland grading factors， which the quality of land reclamation engineering were evaluated using the degree of plots in neat， irrigation assurance， drainage condition， field road access， the density of farmland protection forest tries， and electric power facilities matching rate， and the soil nutrient elements， unit yield， production organization and management were used as the supplementary evaluation factors of soil fertility characterization， capacity calculation and production management， respectively.Delphi method or analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the weight of each evaluation factor.The weighted evaluation model was used to construct the cultivated land quality evaluation system in the land improvement project area.

为坚守1.2亿hm2耕地红线，建成0.67亿hm2以上的高标准农田，解决人地矛盾突出问题，实现耕地可持续发展利用，国务院批准实施《全国土地整治规划（2016—2020年）》，土地整治成为一项国家的战略部署，在保护耕地资源和保障国家粮食安全方面具有重要意义。当前耕地整治是土地整治项目工作的焦点[1-2]，耕地质量评价是工作的核心内容[2-3]，但土地整治项目区耕地质量评价没有统一的技术标准[4-6]。现实工作中土地整治项……
