【摘    要】数学教学是我国教学体系中不可忽视的一部分，合理的教学方式不仅能调动学生的数学思维，还能提高学生的学习兴趣和学习效率。近几年来，我国的教育体制不断地改进和创新，其中受到广泛关注的就是“分层教学模式”，这种新型的教学模式将学生分成不同的层级，根据学生自身的能力进行分类，尊重了学生自身的差异，也让教学更具有针对性。“分层教学模式”完全走出了以往的教学理念，所以本文对这种新型的教学模式进行合理的分析，探究分层教学模式在初中数学教学中的应用。

Research on the Application of Hierarchical Teaching Mode in Junior High School Mathematics Classroom

【Abstract】Mathematics teaching is a non-negligible part of our country's teaching system. A reasonable teaching method can not only mobilize students' mathematical thinking， but also improve students' learning interest and learning efficiency. In recent years， my countrys education system has been continuously improved and innovated. Among them， the "layered teaching model" has received widespread attention. This new teaching model divides students into different levels and classifies students according to their own abilities. The differences among students also make teaching more targeted. "Layered teaching mode" has completely gone out of the previous teaching concepts， so this article makes a reasonable analysis of this new teaching mode and explores the application of layered teaching mode in junior middle school mathematics teaching.

一、分层教学模式的概述

（一）分层教学的解释

分层教学模式指的是通过合理的分类，对不同的学生进行针对性教学，创造高效课堂，秉持着因材施教的原则，尊重学生自身的差异，对其实施教学。这种教学更贴近于学生自身的情况，承认学生之间存在的差异，满足不同主体的需求。

（二）分层教学的理解

传统的教学模式，要求学生齐步走，回避了学生本身差异的问题。每个学生都会受到不同的家庭教育、生长环境的影响，遵循这些不可避免的差异成了分层教学的客观要求。在课堂上往往存在两类学生，一类是思维活跃的学生，一类是接受能力较弱，需要一段时间才能吸收理解教学内容的学生。思维活跃的学生，能够快速地理解老师教授的知识，并且不满足于课堂上的教学内容，希望通过一些课外题的练习来巩固知识。……
