摘 要：现代学徒制作为校企合作、产教融合的重要一环，是实现职业类型教育和高质量人才培养的有效手段，是企业储备高水平技术技能型人才的根本，是推进企业为主体的协同创新和成果转化的有效路径，也是培养“大国工匠”、实现工业强省的有效途径。但贵州现代学徒制由于受人才溢出效应、利益失衡、互动决策平台、衡量标准、规则和制度缺失等因素的影响，并未形成政、行、校、企等培养主体协同治理格局。对此，需要在政府部门主导下，明确主体权责边界，理清主体间关系，完善协同治理正式制度，形成非正式规则，搭建现代学徒制协同治理平台，达成思想共识，畅通学习及有效参与渠道，提升协同能力，增强参与的有效性，充分调动各主体积极性，进而有效整合各主体资源优势，形成现代学徒制多元主体协同培养格局，以实现共同培养高素质技术技能型人才目标，服务贵州经济社会发展和产业结构调整。

Abstract：Modern apprenticeship is an important part of school enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education. It is an effective means to realize vocational education and high-quality personnel training， is the basis for enterprises to reserve high-level technical and skilled talents， an effective path to promote collaborative innovation and achievement transformation of enterprises as the main body， and an effective way to cultivate "big country craftsmen" and realize industrial strong province. However， due to the influence of talent benefit effect， interest imbalance， interactive decision-making platform， measurement standards， rules and system lack， Guizhou modern apprenticeship has not formed a collaborative governance pattern of government， administration， school and enterprise to promote the healthy and sustainable development of modern apprenticeship. Therefore， under the guidance of government departments， it is necessary to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each subject by clarifying the boundaries of the rights and responsibilities of the main body， clarifying the relationship between the main bodies， improving the formal system of collaborative governance， forming informal rules， building a modern apprenticeship collaborative governance platform， reaching ideological consensus， unblocking the channels of learning and effective participation， enhancing the collaborative ability and enhancing the effectiveness of participation In order to achieve the goal of jointly training high-quality technical and skilled talents and serve the economic and social development and industrial structure adjustment of our province， we should effectively integrate the resource advantages of each subject and form a modern apprenticeship multi subject collaborative training pattern.
