摘 要：随着我国术语学理论研究和学科建设的推进，“中国术语学”建设问题引起了学界更多关注。如何推进“中国术语学”建设，其问题域的确立至关重要。文章尝试对“中国术语学”的概念及其问题域的确立进行学理层面的探讨，旨在对“中国术语学”理论建设有所裨益。

The Name and Reality of China Terminology： Some Thoughts on the Identification of Its Problem Domain//WEI Xiangqing

Abstract：With the advances made in China Terminology as both theoretical exploration and discipline construction， the issue of China Terminology has attracted more attention from the academia. The identification of problem domain is very important for the further development of China Terminology. This paper attempts to clarify the concept of Chinese Terminology and identifies its problem domain from the theoretical perspective， which may possibly help with the construction of China Terminology in the future.

引言

中国的术语实践古已有之且成果丰硕，这是一个不争的事实。然而，就现代学科意义上的“术语学”建设而言，相较于西方一些国家，中国的起步要晚，而真正意义上“中国术语学”建设的集体学术自觉则首先应归功于全国科学技术名词审定委员会发起的“中国术语学建设研讨会”的举办。自2004年至今的16年间，该研讨会已成功举办了七届，在中国学界产生了较大影响，尤其是对中国的术语工作实践与研究、术语教育与学科建设起到了积极推动作用。

作为国家机构主导的“中国术语学建设研讨会”自一开始就有着强烈的国家意识，“术语”学科建设目标也非常明确。这一点，在首届研讨会所形成的6项共识内容[1]以及会议成果中体现得尤为明显。2005年，《科技术语研究》“中国术语学建设研讨会”专栏所刊载的论文中有3篇以“中国术语学”建设为议题，分别为《关于中国术语学建设的构想》《谈中国术语学的理论建设》《加强中国术语学学科建设之我见》[1]，它们分别阐述了“中国术语学”建设的总体构想、学科建设的重要方面以及理论建设的必要途径。……
