摘要 社会工作的专业特性契合了农民职业教育在发展中的新需求，其为解决农民职业教育中存在的现实问题提供了新思路。通过对社会工作参与农民职业教育的必要性、可行性分析，旨在提出社会工作参与农民职业教育的具体路径。主要包括增强政府相关部门的职能及其工作人员的能力、实现社会工作人才队伍建设与机构发展的共同优化、提升社会工作参与农民职业教育的本土化实践能力、促成远程教育“互联网+”模式。

Abstract The professional characteristics of social work meet the new needs of farmers vocational education in the development， and it provides new ideas for solving practical problems in farmers vocational education. This article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work participating in farmers vocational education， and aims to put forward the specific path of social work participating in farmers vocational education. It mainly includes enhancing the functions of relevant government departments and the capabilities of their staff， realizing the joint optimization of social work talent team building and institutional development， enhancing the localized practical ability of social work participating in farmers vocational education， and promoting the“Internet +”mode of distance education.

2018年中共中央 國务院印发《乡村振兴战略规划（2018—2022年）》，明确提出培育新型职业农民，优先发展农村教育事业，强化乡村振兴的人才支持。农民职业教育是新型职业农民培育的重要机制，同时也是塑造高质量乡村建设人才的重要保障，可以精准对接乡村振兴战略需求，有效培养乡村人才和提升劳动者素质，为乡村振兴提供优质人力资源保障。

当前，我国农民职业教育存在着诸多现实性困境与难题，如推动主体单一、农民转变为新型职业农民的主体意识差、培育对象识别不够精准、培训内容缺乏针对性、跟踪评估和反馈机制缺乏有效性等，严重制约着新型职业农业的培育质量与效果。作为新型的现代专业化力量，社会工作在现代社会治理与服务中发挥着重要的功能和作用。社会工作以“助人自助”作为专业价值理念，并具有理论与实务方法层面的专业优势，对新形势下农民职业教育发展大有裨益。……
