摘 要：本文在分析目前机械类专业创新创业教育方面存在的共性问题与制约因素基础上，对机械类专业的创新创业教育新理念及新模式进行探索，并提出了“新工科”背景下，应用型本科机械类创新创业教育的模式，为培养应用型人才提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the common problems and restrictive factors existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of mechanical specialty，this paper explores the new concept and mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education of mechanical specialty，and puts forward the mode of Application-oriented Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education under the background of "new engineering"，so as to provide reference for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.

2017年2月，教育部高等教育司在《教育部高等教育司關于开展新工科研究与实践的通知》中指出，国家推动创新驱动发展，实施“一带一路”“中国制造2025”“互联网+”等重大战略，以新技术、新业态、新模式、新产业为代表的新经济蓬勃发展，对工程科技人才提出了更高要求，迫切需要加快工程教育改革创新[1，2]。因此，大学生创新创业能力的培养，是高等教育面向社会、面向市场经济办学的重要举措[3，4]，是适应经济社会发展和国家战略发展的需要。目前，在很多高校的创新创业教育中，仍沿用传统模式，对创新创业的引导力度不够，学生对创新创业不够了解;同时，学校对大学生创新创业能力培养的投入少，创新创业的主动性与积极性不够高，并没有形成完善的创新创业课程和实践以及评价体系[5，6]。

为此，本文针对地方应用型机械类专业的创新创业教育模式进行探讨。

一、新工科背景下机械类专业创新创业教育存在的共性问题

目前，全国各高校均在积极响应教育部的各种发展战略，加强创新创业类人才的培养，然而在具体政策的实施过程中，尚存在一些共性问题。……
