【摘要】军事院校教育具有基础性、引导性、全面性的特点，已成为我军人才培养的主要途径。当前军校教学改革方兴未艾，课程思政对改革后的教育理念模式提出了新的要求，结合习近平总书记、中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅对课程思政提出的相关指示要求，系统梳理了当前军校开展课程思政存在的几点问题，从提升育人意识、加强理论武装、提高思政能力、构建评价机制等方面给出了军校开展课程思政教学的对策建议，对于提高军校课程思政的教学水平、实现“教书”和“育人”的有机统一具有重要意义。

【Abstract】While the current military academy teaching reform is in the ascendant， Curriculum ideology and politics have put forward new requirements on the reformed educational concept and model. Combined with the relevant instructions and requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping， the General Office of the CPC Central Committee， and the General Office of the State Council on the curriculum ideology and politics， this paper systematically sort out several problems existing in the current military academy， and then the suggestions for the military academys curriculum ideological and political teaching are given， which are of great significance for improving the teaching level of military academy curriculum ideological and political education and realizing the organic unity of “teaching” and “education”.

1.前言

“课程思政”是指依托于专业课程、通识课程等课程进行的引导学生世界观、人生观和价值观的思想政治教育实践活动，或者是将思想政治教育融入专业课程和通识教育课程的教育实践活动[1-4]。

近年来，“课程思政”教育及其相关理念得到了教育者的高度重视。作为一种教育教学理念，“课程思政”将“思政”的有关元素有机融入到专业课程的知识体系中[5-8]。“课程思政”能够在课堂的知识讲授过程中，实现对学生的世界观、人生观、价值观的引领，使专业课程教育和思想政治教育同向同行、并行不悖[9-12]。“课程思政”可以充分发挥专业课程的教育功能，更为“隐性”、有效地达到思想政治教育的效果，培养德、智、体、美、劳五位一体、全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人[13-14]。……
