【摘要】本文采用文献研究法、访谈法、行动研究法和逻辑分析法，对广东省粤东西北地区体育教师的定向培养现状调查分析，得出当前粤东西北地区在定向培养体育教师主要存在着：聚焦不够、关注太少;培养院校与地方政府、中小学、学生个体没有“协同一致”;各地市城乡差异较大、发展不均衡;学段选择差异大，思想认识不足;结构性失衡制约着体育教师的招生与就业等问题。因此，提出积极探索广东“新师范”建设路径，聚焦粤东西北地区体育教师教育工作;打造地方政府、师范院校、中小学与学生个体“四位一体”;精准制定人才培养方案，打造粤东西北地区特色课程。

【Abstract】This paper uses literature research method， interview method， action research method and logic analysis method to investigate and analyze the current situation of the orientation training of physical education teachers in the East， West， and North Areas of Guangdong. Inferred： Not enough too little attention; training colleges and local governments， primary and secondary schools， and individual students do not have “synergy”; there are large differences in urban and rural areas and uneven development in different cities; large differences in school choices and insufficient ideological understanding; structural imbalances restrict Enrollment and employment of physical education teachers. Therefore， it is proposed to actively explore the construction path of Guangdongs “new normal” and focus on the education of physical education teachers in the East， West， and North Areas of Guangdong; to create a “four⁃in⁃one” among local governments， normal colleges， primary and secondary schools， and individual students; special courses in the East， West， and North Areas of Guangdong.

1.引言

2017年11月，广东省率先提出“新师范”建设，并出台《广东“新师范”建设实施方案》，采取切实措施推动教师教育改革发展，创新教师教育模式，全面提高教师教育质量，支撑我省从基础教育大省向基础教育强省转变，助推我省教育现代化建设。在我省“新师范”引领下，我校作為面向本区域培养义务教育阶段体育学科教师的重点参与本科院校，以我校2018、2019级体育教育专业140名粤东西北地区公费定向师范生培养工作为基础，提出对广东省体育教师定向培养困境与出路的思考，是探索以改革……
