【摘    要】随着新课改的推进，人们越来越重视学素质教育的推广，所以在小学英语教学中，传统的教学理念已不能适应现代人对教育的需求。本文主要分析了国内小学英语教学的现状，分析了小学英语教学中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了几点构建小学英语“高效课堂”的教学模式。

【Abstract】With the advancement of the new curriculum reform， people pay more and more attention to the promotion of quality education. Therefore， in primary school English teaching， traditional teaching concepts can no longer meet the needs of modern people for education. This article mainly analyzes the current situation of primary school English teaching in China， analyzes the problems existing in primary school English teaching， and puts forward some points to construct the teaching mode of primary school English "efficient classroom" in response to these problems.

一、小学英语教育现状分析

小学英语教师的整体水平有待提高，学生对于英语的学习兴趣不高。小学英语开设之初师资严重缺乏，部分教师是跨专业教英语的，即一些教师是从事语文或数学教学工作多年后，又投身到了英语教学工作中，这些教师虽然教学经验丰富，所带班级的成绩也是名列前茅，但由于没有接受过英语专业训练，在英语教学方面问题很多。

英语在我国是一门外语，本身缺乏良好的语言学习环境，学习英语的先天优势不足。从小学到高中，学生接触英语的机会基本限于课堂内，课堂外英语学习的拓展和延伸很少。而在小学，英语的地位更不容乐观，学生对待学习英语的态度和音体美相当，有的学校对英语的重视程度甚至不及音体美等技能课。态度决定一切，作为英语学习主会场的学校，重视的只是学生的分数，教师也只有努力提高学生的考试成绩来得到学校及家长的认可。历年小学英语考试结果表明，只要学生记住每一单元重点的单词和句型，考试成绩就不会很差。……
