摘 要： 概述了人工智能在医疗应急救援中的应用现状、发展趋势和存在的问题，构建了“四大中心”，并提出了建议。我国应急救援体系发展还不够成熟，人工智能在医疗应急救援中的应用少之又少，也无相关评价标准，主要存在应用条件限制化、医疗诊断专科化、数据分散化和评价无序化等问题。通过人工智能在医疗应急救援中的应用与评价两个层面，构建人工智能应用的“四大中心”建设：智能辅助诊断平台（智能诊断中心）、智能调配应用系统（智能指挥中心）、标准化数据云平台（智能数据中心）和评价模型与持续改进方案（智能管理中心），使人工智能技术真正与医疗应急救援有机融合，助力我国医疗卫生事业发展和应急管理体系的整体跃升。

Abstract： This paper summarizes the application status， development trend and existing problems of artificial intelligence in medical emergency rescue， constructs four centers， and puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions. The development of emergency rescue system in China is not mature enough. The application of artificial intelligence in medical emergency rescue is very few， and there is no relevant evaluation standard. There are some problems， such as limited application conditions， specialized medical diagnosis， decentralized data and disordered evaluation. Through the application and evaluation of artificial intelligence in medical emergency rescue， the construction of "four centers" of artificial intelligence application is constructed： intelligent auxiliary diagnosis platform （Intelligent Diagnosis Center）， intelligent deployment application system （Intelligent Command Center）， standardized data cloud platform （Intelligent Data Center）， evaluation model and continuous improvement scheme （intelligent management center） The integration of intelligent technology and medical emergency rescue will help the development of medical and health undertakings and the overall leap of emergency management system in China.

1 人工智能的应用现状和发展趋势

人工智能的基本原理是运用机器学习、模式识别、大数据、云计算和传感器等技术方法，使机器通过学习训练后模拟人脑神经系统和心智，实现识别、计算、认知、推理、决策、学习等功能。从技术层面讲，人工智能主要包括搜索求解、知识推理和机器学习三类。从发展层面讲，人工智能主要包括计算智能、感知智能和认知智能三类。我国应急救援体系发展处于起步阶段，人工智能在医疗应急救援中的应用非常少，需要不断探索和创新，提升医疗应急救援能力。评价层面，按照人工智能目前的发展速度，未来在医疗应急救援中的应用可能会出现在更多领域，但目前尚未制定针对人工智能应用评价的标准和体系。……
