摘  要：专利数据是堆在互联网上的一座“金矿”，利用专业数据库平台搜索专利竞争情报，通过定量与定性方法对专利数据进行分析，可以洞悉技术发展方向，对企事业竞争环境进行合理的分析和预测。文章对国内外天文领域专利情报进行研究，借助专利数据库平台专利数据浏览检索、专利数据统计等多种功能，指导研究人员根据需求对本行业领域专利情报信息进行掌握和利用，了解科研熱度，提高应用效率。

Abstract： Patent data is a “gold mine” piled on the internet. By using professional database platform to search patent competitive intelligence and analyzing patent data through quantitative and qualitative methods， we can have insight into the direction of technology development and reasonably analyze and predict the competitive environment of enterprises and institutions. This paper studies the patent information in the field of astronomy at home and abroad. With the help of patent database platform， patent data browsing and retrieval， patent data statistics and other functions， it guides researchers to master and use the patent information in the field of this industry according to their needs， understand the heat of scientific research and improve the application efficiency.

作为国家队的科研事业单位，是科研力量的主要投入单位，其科研能力及科研发展水平代表国家科技实力。如何高效地使用最新科研成果，对科研信息进行科学网络化的管理，已然成为各行业研究的重点课题之一。构建科研信息支撑服务系统发展大势。专利数据库的构建及技术分析能够带来非常重要的技术资源，通过专利情报分析技术能够很好地把握技术热点，问题导向能够更好地节约研发经费，同时，也能缩短研发周期，基于现有技术对专利情报进行分析，对创新与发展有着积极的帮助。

科研人员通过人工方式查找相关行业的专利，并根据自身的工作经验，对其中的专利情报予以分析，这属于“文献查找”阶段，本文通过构建相关行业专利数据库平台，列举已有技术发明点、技术发展势态、技术成熟度、清洗专利数据等内容，通过定性分析，形成可视化的技术报告，包括技术方向、竞争对手、研究理论等方面，为科研人员选题及立项作参考。……
