摘  要：大数据时代发展背景下，医院信息化建设如火如荼，越来越多的医疗新业务、新应用不断上线，对医院的计算机网络信息安全提出更高要求，计算机网络信息安全系统的建设对于医疗行业的发展具有深远影响。文章以此为背景，从计算机网络安全技术及管理两个方面，探讨大数据时代背景下医院计算机网络信息系统的建设及应用，总结成功经验，以供相关人员参考。

Abstract： Under the background of the development of big data era， the hospital informatization construction is in full swing， and more and more new medical businesses and applications are continuously launched， which puts forward higher requirements for the hospital computer network information security. The construction of computer network information security system has a deeply impact on the development of the medical industry. Based on this background， this paper discusses the construction and application of hospital computer network information system in the big data era from two aspects of computer network security technology and management， and summarizes successful experience for reference of relevant personnel.

0  引  言

在大數据时代背景下，以互联网技术为代表的一些新兴技术已经逐渐开始被应用到各个行业中，为一些传统的行业转型与升级提供新的方向与动力。信息化安全建设是整个医疗行业信息化发展中不可忽视的重要问题，并且基于医院信息化建设的现状，需要提供给其一种开放编辑的网络环境，保障数据共享与传输期间的安全性，进而实现医院信息化建设相关业务的安全稳定运行。但是，近些年来医疗行业各项技术及应用的快速发展，系统本身安全性不高、医院自身网络安全管理水平落后的问题已经影响到系统本身适用的效率和医院内各项业务的全面开展。在此背景下，通过实践探讨医院计算机网络信息系统安全系统技术及管理方案的实际应用，使用技术与管理相结合的手段促进医院信息化安全的正常发展，为未来实现区域化医疗奠定重要的基础。……
