摘 要：职业教育是教育部门重点发展项目之一，在汽车行业社会竞争日趋激烈下，为满足社会发展需求，培养高素质全能型人才尤为关键。高职院校在开展汽车类专业实训课程教学时，应对学生自身专业理论知识以及实践技能操作进行有效培养。然而，目前在开展实训课程教学中仍然存在许多问题，降低了学生学习效果与质量，改进教学方法、创新教学理念成为当前高职院校工作重点。从提高教师专业素养、制定教学规则以及知识与实践相结合等方面入手，对于提高专业实训教学质量及效果，促进职业教育改革可持续发展具有重要意义。

The Status Quo of the Teaching of Automobile Specialty Training Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges and Solutions

Abstract：Vocational education is one of the key development projects of the education sector. With the increasingly fierce social competition in the automotive industry， it is particularly critical to cultivate high-quality all-round talents to meet the needs of social development. Higher vocational colleges should effectively cultivate students' professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills when carrying out the teaching of automotive professional training courses. However， there are still many problems in the teaching of practical training courses， which reduce the effect and quality of students' learning. Improving teaching methods and innovating teaching concepts have become the focus of current higher vocational colleges. Improving teachers' professional quality， formulating teaching rules， and combining knowledge and practice， are of great significance for improving the quality and effectiveness of professional training teaching and promoting the sustainable development of vocational education reform.

1 引言

隨着社会经济水平不断飞速发展，新课程教学改革发展不断深化，人们对于职业教育的重视程度也逐渐加深。为培养出社会需要的高素质专业性符合型人才，高职院校的课程教学在其中起到了至关重要的作用。汽车类专业课程教学，由于其自身具有较强的实用性以及专业性。因此，在开展汽车类课程教学中，实践课程教学发挥着重要作用。但在传统课程教学过程中，由于校领导对其重视程度较低、科任教师专业素养不足以及教学内容相对滞后，从而造成学生学习积极性逐渐丧失，降低了课程教学效果，导致实训教学课程无法顺利开展[1]。因此，转变课程教学模式十分关键。本文通对现阶段高职院校在开展汽车类实训教学过程中，亟须解决的问题进行深入分析探究，并给予其针对性较强的解决措施。……
