【摘要】 目的：探讨乳腺癌术后患者化疗期间心理弹性水平与生活质量的相关性及影响因素。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年1月本院接受化疗的119例乳腺癌患者。分别采用心理弹性量表及生活质量测定表对所有患者进行评估，并对其心理弹性水平的影响因素进行分析，记录并比较其分析结果。结果：患者心理弹性水平总得分为（59.0±6.1）分，而生活质量总得分为（72.4±6.0）分。不同受教育程度、肿瘤分期、付费方式以及化疗疗程患者的心理弹性评分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。乳腺癌患者心理弹性水平各项评分均与生活质量各项评分呈正相关（P<0.05）。结论：乳腺癌患者术后化疗期间的心理弹性水平呈正相关性，应引起护理人员的高度重视，并采取针对性的干预措施，提升乳腺癌患者的心理弹性，进而提高其生活质量水平。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the correlation and influence factors between psychological resilience and quality of life in patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy. Method： A total of 119 breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected. All patients were assessed with the psychological resilience scale and quality of life scale， and the influencing factors of their psychological resilience level were analyzed， and the analysis results were recorded and compared. Result： The total score of psychological resilience was （59.0±6.1） scores， and the total score of quality of life was （72.4±6.0） scores. There were significant differences in psychological resilience scores of patients with different education levels， tumor stages， payment methods and chemotherapy courses （P<0.05）. The scores of psychological resilience in breast cancer patients were positively correlated with the scores of quality of life （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The psychological resilience level and quality of life score of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy are positively correlated. Nursing staff should pay more attention to it and take targeted intervention measures to improve the psychological resilience of breast cancer patients and improve their quality of life.

乳腺癌屬于发病率较高的一种恶性肿瘤疾病，且近年来其发病逐渐呈年轻化，对女性的身心健康及生命安全造成严重威胁[1]。手术联合化疗是对该疾病进行治疗的主要方案，患者在接受化疗期间极易产生恶心、呕吐等毒副作用，从而影响其生活质量水平[2]。心理弹性主要是指个体能够承受较高水平的破坏性变化，且其不良行为的表现相对较少。相关研究显示，能够以良好的状态及心态面对恶性肿瘤疾病的患者，其心理弹性相对较好[3]。因此，若患者能够将自己的精神及心理保持在平稳且良好状况，则其生存质量会相应提升。……
