【摘要】 目的：分析復方玄驹胶囊联合伊木萨克治疗勃起功能障碍（ED）的效果及其对血清一氧化氮合酶（NOS）、总睾酮（TT）、游离睾酮（FT）水平的影响。方法：选取2020年1月-2021年3月本院门诊ED患者82例进行研究，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组41例。对照组给予复方玄驹胶囊治疗，观察组给予复方玄驹胶囊联合伊木萨克治疗，两组均持续治疗1个月。比较两组疗效，记录不良反应发生情况，并分析两组治疗前后国际勃起功能障碍指数5问卷评分（IIEF-5）、阴茎勃起角度、勃起硬度、持续时间及血清NOS、TT、FT水平变化。结果：观察组总有效率为95.12%，高于对照组的78.05%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组IIEF-5评分、阴茎勃起角度、勃起硬度、持续时间及血清NOS、TT、FT水平较治疗前均明显改善，且观察组改善更明显（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为9.76%，与对照组的7.32%比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：复方玄驹胶囊联合伊木萨克治疗ED效果确切，能有效调节血清NOS、TT、FT含量，改善勃起功能，且安全性较高。

[Abstract] Objectiv： To analyze the effect of Fufang Xuanju Capsules combined with Yimusake on patients with erectile dysfunction （ED） and its influence on serum nitric oxide synthase （NOS）， total testosterone （TT） and free testosterone （FT） levels. Method： From January 2020 to March 2021， 82 outpatients with ED in our hospital were selected for study， and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Fufang Xuanju Capsules， the observation group was treated with Fufang Xuanju Capsules combined with Yimusake， the treatments of two groups were continued for 1 month. The curative effects of two groups were compared， the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded， and the IIEF-5， erection angle， erection hardness， duration and serum NOS， TT， FT level changes of two groups before and after treatment were analyzed. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%， which was higher than 78.05% of the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the IIEF-5 score， erection angle， erection hardness， duration and serum NOS， TT， FT levels of two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment， and the observation group improved more significantly （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.76%， compared with 7.32% in the control group， there was no significant difference （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Fufang Xuanju Capsules combined with Yimusake has a definite effect in the treatment of ED. It can effectively regulate serum NOS， TT and FT contents， improve erectile function and sperm quality， and has high safety.

勃起功能障碍（erection dysfunction，ED）是一种男性生殖疾病，病因与心理状况、病史、生活方式等有关，可对患者自尊心、生活质量、生殖健康产生严重不利影响[1]。统计显示，全球范围内目前约有1.5亿人次受ED影响，预计2025年将达至3.22亿人次，而我国年龄超过40岁男性ED患病率为40%～50%[2]。目前ED治疗方法包括激素、5型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂、海绵体注射、尿道内栓剂、手术、中成药等，因中成药相对较为安全，故ED等多种疾病治疗中应用较广[3]。……
