【摘要】 目的：觀察自拟益气清毒汤联合保妇康栓治疗湿邪瘀滞型慢性宫颈炎伴下生殖道高危人乳头瘤病毒（HR-HPV）持续感染的临床效果，为子宫颈癌前病变临床治疗提供有效的方法。方法：选取2018年6月-2020年6月于本院门诊就诊的慢性宫颈炎伴HR-HPV持续感染患者112例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组56例。对照组给予常规保妇康栓治疗，试验组在对照组基础上加用自拟益气清毒汤口服治疗，记录两组HR-HPV转阴率、中医症候积分变化情况及临床疗效。结果：治疗后试验组HR-HPV转阴率为87.50%，高于对照组的57.14%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗前两组中医症候积分对比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后两组中医症候积分均明显降低，且试验组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组总有效率为96.43%，高于对照组的76.79%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论：自拟益气清毒汤联合保妇康栓治疗湿邪瘀滞型慢性宫颈炎伴HR-HPV感染效果显著。

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Yiqi Qingdu Decoction combined with Baofukang Suppository in treating chronic cervicitis of dampness evil and blood stasis type with high-risk human papilloma virus （HR-HPV） persistent infection of lower genital tract， to provide an effective method for the clinical treatment of cervical precancerous lesion. Method： A total of 112 patients with chronic cervicitis with HR-HPV persistent infection from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected， and they were randomly divided into the control group and the test group， with 56 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine Baofukang Suppository， and the test group was treated with self-made Yiqi Qingdu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The negative rate of HR-HPV， the changes of TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy were recorded. Result： After treatment HR-HPV negative conversion rate was 87.50% in the test group， which was higher than 57.14% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）， after treatment， the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly， and that of the test group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）; the total effective rate was 96.43% in the test group， which was higher than 76.79% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion： Self-made Yiqi Qingdu Decoction combined with Baofukang Suppository is effective in treating chronic cervicitis of dampness stasis type with HR-HPV infection.
