【摘要】 目的：探究耳穴埋豆联合穴位按摩在胸痹心痛病虚秘症患者中的应用效果，为治疗方案的优化提供依据。方法：选择2019年8月-2020年7月在本院心血管科住院的胸痹心痛病虚秘症患者82例。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和试验组，各41例。对照组实施穴位按摩治疗，试验组在对照组基础上实施耳穴埋豆治疗，均治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效，比较两组治疗前后便秘评分量表（CCS）评分及生活质量（PAC-QOL）评分。结果：试验组临床疗效优于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组CCS、PAC-QOL评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗7 d后，两组CCS、PAC-QOL评分均低于治疗前，且试验组均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：耳穴埋豆配合穴位按摩具有疏通脏腑经络，通达气机，和胃逆气，下气宽肠，加快肠道蠕動的作用，可改善胸痹心痛病虚秘症患者的便秘症状，提高生活质量，具有临床推广使用价值。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the application effect of auricular acupoint embedding beans combined with acupoint massage in patients with chest and heartache syndrome combined with deficiency and mystery disease， and to provide basis for the optimization of treatment plan. Method： A total of 82 patients with chest and heartache syndrome combined with deficiency and mystery disease who were hospitalized in the cardiovascular department of our hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method， 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupoint massage， and the experimental group was treated with auricular acupoint embedding beans on the basis of the control group， both were treated for 7 d. Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups， and the scores of constipation scale （CCS） and quality of life （PAC-QOL） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result： The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group， the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Before treatment， comparison of CCS and PAC-QOL scores between the two groups， there were no significant differences （P>0.05）. After 7 d of treatment， CCS and PAC-QOL scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment， the experimental group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Auricular acupoint embedding beans combined with acupoint massage can dredge the channels and collaterals of viscera， reach the Qi machine， and counter gas of stomach， lower gas to widen the intestine， accelerate intestinal peristalsis， and improve the constipation symptoms of patients with auricular acupoint embedding beans combined with deficiency and mystery disease， improve the quality of life， and have clinical application value.

胸痹心痛病发病受正气亏虚、饮食不当等影响，患者常伴有憋闷、疼痛等临床症状，同时该病患者因需长时间卧床，活动量较少，常会出现便秘现象，且因排便时过度用力会导致病情突然加重，甚至导致死亡。而虚秘症是胸痹心痛病的常见并发症，受气虚大肠传送无力，血虚肠道干涩、阳气不足等的影响，目前临床常用中医疗法（穴位按摩法、耳穴埋豆法等）治疗胸痹心痛病虚秘症患者，其中穴位按摩通过按摩双侧天枢穴、上巨虚穴，可促进肠道蠕动，加强胃动力，治疗便秘。……
