【摘要】 目的：探究巖盐气溶胶疗法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis，AR）的效果及对IL-10、IL-17的影响。方法：选取2018年1-12月于本院治疗的126例AR患儿为本次研究对象，根据AR患儿入院编号先后顺序分为对照组（n=63）与研究组（n=63）。对照组采用口服氯雷他定治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加以岩盐气溶胶疗法治疗。观察并比较两组症状指标评分、T细胞亚群、NK细胞以及白介素-10（IL-10）、白介素-17（IL-17）水平。结果：治疗后，两组流涕、鼻塞、喷嚏、鼻痒评分均低于治疗前，且研究组均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组CD3+、NK细胞水平较治疗前均升高，且研究组均高于对照组，两组CD4+/CD8+水平较治疗前均降低，且研究组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组IL-10水平均高于治疗前，IL-17水平均低于治疗前，且研究组均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：岩盐气溶胶疗法能改善AR患儿临床症状，提高免疫水平，抑制机体炎性反应。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of rock salt aerosol therapy on pediatric allergic rhinitis （AR） and its effects on IL-10 and IL-17. Method： A total of 126 AR children admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study， and they were divided into the control group （n=63） and the study group （n=63） according to the sequence of admission number of AR children. The control group was treated with oral Loratadine， while the study group was treated with rock salt aerosol therapy on the basis of the control group. The changes of symptom index scores， T cell subsets， NK cells and the levels of interleukin-10 （IL-10） and interleukin-17 （IL-17） were observed and compared between two groups. Result： After treatment， the scores of runny nose， stuffy nose， sneezing and nasal itching in two groups were lower than those before treatment， and the study group were lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of CD3+ and NK cells in both groups were higher than those before treatment， and the levels of CD4+/CD8+ in both groups were lower than those before treatment， and the level of CD4+/CD8+ in study group was lower than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of IL-10 in two groups were higher than those before treatment， and the levels of IL-17 in two groups were lower than those before treatment， the study group were better than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Rock salt aerosol therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of AR children， improve the immune level， and inhibit the inflammatory response.

过敏性鼻炎（AR）是指特应性个体在接触过敏原后，由IgE介导的介质释放，同时炎性因子与多种免疫活性物质参与的鼻黏膜慢性炎症反应性疾病[1]。近几年来，随着环境的变化，小儿AR发病率有所上升，且具有病情易反复、持续时间长等特点，对患儿身心健康以及生长发育带来不利影响[2]。临床常应用激素类药物联合抗过敏类药物治疗，但只能缓解临床症状，无法达到预期治疗效果[3]。岩盐气溶胶疗法是俄罗斯等国家对呼吸系统疾病和过敏性疾病的物理疗法，具有无毒副作用、便捷、老少皆宜等优点，取得良好的效果，但对治疗AR鲜有报道[4]。……
