摘    要：随着城市绿化的快速发展，我国每年产生大量的园林绿化废弃物，目前园林绿化废弃物处理方式仍以堆放、填埋、焚烧为主，给环境带来了巨大压力，资源化利用是解决城市园林绿化废弃物有效途径之一。本文对我国园林绿化废弃物传统利用方式及高值化利用方式进行了总结，并从完善收集体系、优化处理方式、加大科研力度、培育产品市场、健全法律法规等方面提出园林绿化废弃物资源化利用建议，以期为我国园林绿化废弃物资源化利用提供借鉴，推进生态园林城市建设。

Resource Utilization and Suggestions of Garden Waste in China

Abstract： With the rapid development of urban greening， a large number of garden waste is produced in China every year. At present， the methods of disposing garden waste are mainly stacking， landfill and incineration， which bring great pressure to the environment. Resource utilization is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of garden waste. This article summarized the traditional and high-value utilization of garden waste in China， and put forword suggestions on perfecting collection system， optimizing utilization， enhancing scientific research， cultivating market， improving laws and regulations and other aspects， in order to provide the reference for the resource utilization of garden waste in China and promote the construction of ecological garden city.

园林绿化废弃物通常指在城市园林绿化中植物新陈代谢自然产生的或是在绿化养护过程中产生的乔灌木修剪物、草坪修剪物、花园和花坛内废弃草花及杂草等植物性材料[1]，此外还包括林区抚育、计划采伐及林业相关产业产生的废弃物[2]。据统计，2019年全国共完成造林706.7万hm2、森林抚育773.3万hm2、种草改良草原314.7万hm2，住建系统完成城市建成区绿地219.7万hm2，城市建成区绿地率、绿化覆盖率分别达37.34%，41.11%，为维护国土生态安全、建设生态文明和美丽中国、美化人居环境作出了重要贡献[3]，同时不可避免的产生了大量的绿化废弃物。目前园林绿化废弃物处理方法仍以堆放、填埋、焚烧为主，即造成资源浪费，又给环境带来了巨大压力。园林绿化废弃物是一种重要的生物质资源，可通过堆肥、发展生物质燃料、深加工等方式，实现减量化、资源化的循环利用。……
