【摘要】复发性多软骨炎是一种累及多系统、反复发作的自身免疫性疾病，临床表现多种多样，缺乏特异性诊断指标，易误诊或漏诊。治疗上以NSAID、糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂为主，生物制剂也有一定的疗效。该文报道1例复发性多软骨炎合并强直性脊柱炎患者，使用生物制剂、糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂联合治疗，随访2年病情稳定。该例提示，应提高对复发性多软骨炎合并强直性脊柱炎的认识，提高诊治能力，治疗中应密切监测疗效和不良反应。

【Abstract】Relapsing polychondritis is an autoimmune disease involving multiple systems and recurrent episodes. It is characterized with diverse clinical manifestations and lacks of specific diagnostic parameters， which is likely to be misdiagnosed or miss the diagnosis. NSAID， glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants are the main therapeutic options， and biological agents also exert certain efficacy. In this article， one case of relapsing polychondritis complicated with ankylosing spondylitis was reported. The patient was treated with biological agents， glucocorticoids combined with immunosuppressants and remained physically stable during 2-year follow-up. This case prompts that we should deepen the understanding of relapsing polychondritis complicated with ankylosing spondylitis， improve the diagnostic and treatment capabilities， and intimately monitor the efficacy and adverse events throughout the treatment.

復发性多软骨炎（RP）是一种罕见的自身免疫性疾病，主要累及软骨组织，临床表现多种多样，其发病机制尚不完全明确。据英国的一项研究报道，该病患病率为9.0/1 000 000，发病率为每年0.71/1 000 000，国内发病率尚不明确[1]。好发年龄常在30 ～ 60岁，男性和女性发病率相似[2]。约1/3的RP患者可合并有其他的自身免疫性疾病，如甲状腺炎、血管炎、白塞病、类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎（AS）、SLE、抗磷脂抗体综合征和炎症性肠病等[3]。AS是一种累及中轴关节为主的慢性炎症性疾病，可伴有外周关节和系统受累。RP合并AS在临床上罕见，易误诊或漏诊。现报道江西赣州市立医院在2018年收治的1例RP合并AS患者诊疗过程并分析相关文献，旨在加深临床医师对该病诊治思路的认识。
