摘要：所有人都应该知道体质的重要性、如何提高学生的身体素质是摆在体育教学面前的重要课题。其中我们必须得去知道怎么样的教学才会更有效率，学生在学习过程中更好的发展自己的体质，以及我们必须让每一名学生在活动开展中认识到体质健康的重要性，作为一个社会人身体健康的重要性。然而通过数据我们可以看到，我国的青少年们的体质逐渐下滑，因此对于我们体育工作者应该去引导他们有意识的去进行身体锻炼，让他们才会慢慢认识到在体育锻炼中得到的快乐，通过更多的交流，让他们能够可以做到积极主动地去进行体育活动，让他们树立“身体是革命的本钱”的正确思想观念;同时我们应该让体育活动成为他们生活的一部分，可以让更多学生做到在课余的时间停止不健康的作息活动，刺激他们投入到体育活动之中，更好的丰富他们的生活方式，从而进一步的提高他们的身体健康水平。为了保证和提高体育教学质量，在课程实施过程中需要伴随有效的课程评价，以帮助教学水平不断提高，最终达到良好的锻炼身体素质能力。本文立足于实践教学，评价体系构建进行探讨。

Abstract： All people should know the importance of constitution and how to improve students ' physical quality are an important topic in front of physical education teaching. Among them， we must know what kind of teaching will be more efficient， students can better develop their own constitution in the learning process， and we must let every student realize the importance of physical health in the activities， as the importance of a social health. However， through the data we can see， The constitution of the teenagers in China is gradually declining， Therefore， we sports workers should guide them to consciously conduct physical exercise， Let them slowly realize the pleasure gained in physical exercise， Through more communication， Alables them to be active active actively， Let them establish the correct idea that "the body is the capital of the revolution"; Meanwhile we should make sports a part of their lives， Can allow more students to stop their unhealthy work and rest activities in their spare time， Stimitate them to invest into sports， Better ways to enrich their lifestyle， Thus to further improve their physical health level. In order to ensure and improve the quality of physical education teaching， the course needs to accompany effective course evaluation in the course implementation， in order to help the teaching level constantly improve， and finally achieve good physical quality ability. This paper is based on practical teaching and discusses the construction of evaluation system.
