摘 要：高校图书馆的服务对象主要是学生，学生通过各种方式参与图书馆的内涵建设，是图书馆实现创新发展、实现立德树人根本任務的有效途径。本文结合江阴职业技术学院的实践，分析了学生参与图书馆内涵建设取得的成绩，进一步探讨提升学生参与层次的策略。

Practical Exploration of Higher Vocational Students' Participation in Library Construction

——Take Jiangyin Vocational and Technical College as an example

Abstract：The service objects of university libraries are mainly students. Students participate in the connotation construction of the library in various ways， which is an effective way for the library to achieve innovative development and realize the fundamental task of establishing morality. Combining the practice of Jiangyin Vocational and Technical College， this article analyzes the achievements of students participating in the construction of the library， and further explores the strategies to improve the level of student participation.

2016年习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调，“要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。”国家从宏观层面提出了“三全育人”的思政工作大格局。大思政格局，简言之，就是全体教职员工在教学、管理和服务的过程中，把思想政治教育融入到各个环节，不断提高学生思想水平、道德品质、文化素养，让学生成为德才兼备、全面发展的人才。作为学生教育的重要场所，高校图书馆应正确引导学生参与图书馆管理，这样不仅能够培养学生的能力，激发学生的主人翁意识，也是高校图书馆实现创新发展模式、培养人才的重要举措。

1 高职学生参与图书馆内涵建设的意义

1.1 高职图书馆进一步发展的需要

高职教育完成专业设置、招生人数、办学规模的基本发展后，提升高职院校的办学内涵与人才培养质量，便成了其进一步发展的主题。高职图书馆迫切需要在图书资源、硬件设备、管理队伍、文化氛围、服务水平等方面加强建设，以适应高校高水平发展之路。……
