摘 要：目前，社会发展日新月异，各行各业对人才的需求也随着社会的发展，要求在不断的提高，不断的变化。过去或许通过学历可以解决的求职问题，在当前社会发展的背景下已经变得微不足道。用人单位在要求学历的同时，更多的会侧重求职者的实践能力、动手能力、创新能力、以及自我应变等能力。尤其做为职业院校，实物自制教育不仅可以检验学生对知识的掌握与理解，最重要的是可以通过实物自制教育培养学生的动手实践能力以及养成学生的创新思维。为此，本文就针对当前职业院校教育模式进行了思考，并就当前职业院校实物自制教育的意义进行了浅要分析。

Discussion on the Significance of Self-made Education in Vocational Colleges

Abstract：At present， social development is changing with each passing day， and the demand for talents from all walks of life is also constantly improving and changing with the development of society. In the past， job hunting problems that may be solved by academic qualifications have become trivial in the context of current social development. While requiring academic qualifications， employers will focus more on the practical ability， practical ability， innovation ability， and self-restraint abilities of job applicants. Especially as a vocational college， physical self-made education can not only test students' mastery and understanding of knowledge， but the most important thing is that physical self-made education can cultivate students' practical ability and cultivate students' innovative thinking. To this end， this article considers the current vocational college education mode and analyzes the significance of the current vocational college education in kind.

在职业院校中进行实物自制教育，首先有利于学生将课本知识更好的融入到实践当中，帮助学生更好的理解并掌握课本知识。其次，通过实物自制教育，培养了学生的实践能力。在实物自制过程中，学生实践能力增强，有助于学生进入社会之后更快适应社会。最后，最重要的是，实物自制教育更能够适应当前社会快速发展的步伐，增强学生的责任感与责任心，对于全面提高学生的综合素质有着重要的现实意义。
