【摘  要】目前，我国非常重视公共事业管理专业的就业状况，尤其对公共事业管理专业的支持更是略高于其他专业，可见公共事业管理专业在高校起步虽晚，但发展势头强劲。但是在发展过程中，公共事业管理专业也出现了就业难的问题。基于此，论文对公共事业管理专业的就业情况进行调查分析，从而解决就业中的现实问题。

【Abstract】At present， China attaches great importance to the employment situation of public affairs management specialty， especially the support for public affairs management specialty is slightly higher than other specialties. It can be seen that public affairs management specialty starts late in colleges and universities， but has a strong momentum of development. But in the process of development， the problem of employment difficulty has also emerged among public affairs management specialty. Based on this， this paper investigates and analyzes the employment situation of public affairs management specialty， so as to solve the practical problems in employment.

1 引言

公共事业管理专业是我国高校的新兴专业之一，我国在培养公共事业管理专业人才方面提出了更高的要求，为公共事业管理专业人才的就业选择提供保障。除此之外，公共事业管理专业的就业选择较少，使毕业生很难找到适合自己专业的工作。本文分析了影响公共事业管理专业就业的因素，然后就如何提高公共事业管理专业毕业生的就业率提出了几点建议。

2 公共事业管理专业就业现状及影响因素

2.1 公共事业管理专业就业现状

从办学角度分析，我国十分重视公共事业管理专业的发展，并为很多高校提供了较有利的资金扶持政策。同时，我国增加了事业单位的招聘名额，使学生的就业问题得到了充分的解决。但是由于公共事业管理专业的人员较多，为就业带来了一定的阻碍，造成毕业生在选择就业时出现很大的困难，就业方向单一，不能够解决相关单位招聘人员少的就业问题。
