【摘  要】我国目前正处于乡村振兴的初级阶段，农村的转型建设取得一定进展的同时存在商业化、重复化、低效化等问题，因此，在现阶段，不断探索和创新乡村振兴的思路和举措具有重要意义。基于社区营造的视角，论文分析社区营造理念与乡村振兴战略的耦合度，探究社区营造下的本土实践案例，提出培养村民的主体意识、重视乡村的文化建设、推动产业的融合发展等建议，探索符合本土特征的乡村振兴创新路径，使乡村振兴与“乡愁”共存。

【Abstract】At present， China is in the primary stage of rural revitalization. While the transformation and construction of rural areas have made some progress， problems such as commercialization， duplication and inefficiency exist. Therefore， it is of great significance to continuously explore and innovate the ideas and measures for rural revitalization at this stage. Based on the perspective of community building， this paper analyzes the coupling degree between the concept of community building and the strategy of rural revitalization， and explores the local practice cases under community building， puts forward some suggestions， such as cultivating the villagers' main body consciousness， attaching importance to the cultural construction of the villages， promoting the integration and development of the industries， and exploring the innovative paths of the rural revitalization that accord with the local characteristics， so as to make the rural revitalization coexist with "Nostalgia".

1 提出问题

自十九大报告提出乡村振兴战略以来，我国广大农村地区相继开展了各种复兴乡村的活动，一定程度上促进了农村的发展。同时我国正处于乡村振兴的初级阶段，不可避免地存在各种问题，如传统村庄被大拆大建，沦为商业化的对象，失去原有的乡土文化;地方政府为了政绩盲目复制先进乡村的“模板”，造成“千村一面”的现象。乡村振兴是一项长期工程，需要我们在现阶段的基础上逐步探索，找到一条符合本土特征的农村复兴之路。在此背景下，本文通过分析成功运用社区营造进行本土实践的案例，进一步探索乡村振兴的创新路径，实现乡村振兴与“乡愁”共存的目标。

2 社区营造的理论耦合与本土实践

社区营造是指以社区区民为主体，从社区生活出发，集合各种社会力量与资源，激发社区民众参与，美化社区生活空间，推动文化产业和经济复苏，促使社区活力再现的过程。……
