【摘  要】对于企业的生产和发展而言，一些项目的开展质量对于企业的盈利具有重要影响。同时，企业对项目开展阶段的相关要求也在不断提升。为了推动企业的发展，使企业获得更高的经济效益，需要项目管理人员提升项目管理工作的质量，尤其是对财务管理质量的把控，应使其具有精益化特征，充分体现财务管理工作的价值，从而使企业获得的经济效益最大化，推动企业可持续发展。论文对财务管理在项目管理中的重要性进行论述，希望能够为有关项目管理工作提供借鉴。

【Abstract】For the production and development of enterprises， the development quality of some projects has an important impact on the profitability of enterprises. At the same time， the relevant requirements of enterprises for the project development stage are also constantly improving. In order to promote the development of enterprises and make enterprises obtain higher economic benefits， project management personnel are required to improve the quality of project management work， especially the control of the quality of financial management， which should have lean characteristics， fully reflect the value of financial management work， so as to maximize the economic benefits obtained by enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper discusses the importance of financial management in project management， hoping to provide a reference for relevant project management work.

1 引言

当今时代，各个企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，企业为了提升竞争力，只有加强内部管理，使内部各个部门的工作质量提升，才利于企业创造更多价值，获得经济效益，得到持续发展。在企业各个部门的优化经营阶段，注重项目管理工作尤为重要，如项目开展阶段，一些经济投入具有重要意义，在此过程中，使经济投入阶段的财务管理工作科学参与其中，势必利于企业的盈利。对此，企业在经营发展中，应明确财务管理工作的重要意义。

2 财务管理在项目管理中的重要性

随着时代的发展，企业在经营过程中提升了对内部管理工作的认识，并对各个部门的生产发展提出了新的要求，以提升企业的运营效率，创造更高的经济效益，推动企业的与时俱进。企业开展相关项目，是生产发展的重要方式，因为企业的经营范畴不同，涉及的项目管理内容也具有不同性质。……
