【摘  要】企业财务管理工作随着现代化信息科学技术的发展，已逐渐成为企业发展的关键因素。当前，将财务共享模式引入企业财务管理工作，可以快速提升企业内部协作的效率，使企业稳步、高速运转。论文就财务共享模式下的企业财务管理及其优化路径进行阐述，旨在推进我国企业财务管理的协调发展。

【Abstract】With the development of modern information science and technology， enterprise financial management work has gradually become the key factor of enterprise development. At present， the introduction of financial sharing mode into enterprise financial management work can quickly improve the efficiency of enterprise internal cooperation and make the enterprise run steadily and rapidly. This paper expounds the enterprise financial management and its optimization ways under the financial sharing mode， aiming to promote the coordinated development of enterprise financial management in China.

1 引言

随着经济全球化进程的逐渐推进，企业规模不断扩大，财务管理工作的难度也随之增加。有效引入财务共享模式，不仅可以为财务管理工作顺利进行提供动力，而且可以通过将机械、重复的财务业务转交企业财务共享中心进行标准化管理，从而显著提升工作效率。在实际的财务管理环节之中，财务共享模式在企业中的应用已处于快速发展时期，财务管理工作的标准化处理，推进了财务数据标准化的实现，通过对信息技术优势的充分利用，为企业财务管理水平的提升提供最大程度的保障。目前，我国诸多企业的财务管理仍存在问题，就这需要财务管理部门相关人员全面加强专业知识与技能的培训工作，健全财务共享模式下的财务体系建设，使企业间信息交流更加通畅，为企业财务管理的绿色、健康、协调发展提供助力。
