【摘  要】对于现代企业来说，财务会计的主要工作是核算企业的经济业务，管理会计除了针对经济业务展开核算外，一些管理活动也在其工作范畴内，这与大数据背景下的企业发展相契合。然而目前很多企业对转型的重视程度较低，在大数据技术得到普遍应用的背景下，必须通过行之有效的途径促使企业管理者正确认识管理会计的价值，在此基础上寻找行之有效的转型措施。论文主要针对大数据背景下如何将企业财务会计转型为管理会计展开深入探析，提出切实可行的转型策略。

【Abstract】For modern enterprises， the main work of financial accounting is to account for the economic business of enterprises. In addition to accounting for economic business， management accounting also has some management activities within its scope of work， which is consistent with the development of enterprises under the background of big data. However， at present， many enterprises pay less attention to the transformation. Under the background of the widespread application of big data technology， it is necessary to promote enterprise managers to correctly understand the value of management accounting through effective ways， and find effective transformation measures on this basis. The paper mainly and deeply explores how to transform financial accounting into management accounting in enterprises under the background of big data， and puts forward feasible transformation strategies.

1 引言

在企业发展的过程中，财务管理部门能够起到的促进作用是非常大的。从现代企业的财务管理现状来看，大数据技术的应用是较为普遍的，这就使得财务会计朝向管理会计转型的速度更为迅速。企业发展的所有环节中，管理会计均应该参与其中，这样可以使得企业决策更为稳健，资金管理的效果能够大幅提高。进入“互联网+”时代后，企业在财务管理的过程中必须将社会发展作为依据，将网络技术的作用充分发挥出来。在财务软件的应用更为普遍后，传统财务会计所要面对的挑战明显加大，此时要将其职能予以转变，使得财务管理的实效性大幅提高，如此方可使得企业将投入的成本控制在合理范围内，进而保证企业的发展真正具有可持续性。……
