【摘  要】在开展外汇业务的过程中会面临一系列风险，只有加强外汇业务风险管理工作，才能使其取得更好的成效。但部分企业在外汇业务风险管理方面还存在诸多不到位的方面，需要引起重视。论文对此进行了研究和探讨，在简要分析外汇业务风险管理重要性的基础上，重点分析了外汇业务风险管理存在的问题，最后就如何加强和改进外汇业务风险管理提出优化对策。

【Abstract】In the process of developing foreign exchange business， it will face a series of risks. Only by strengthening the risk management work of foreign exchange business， can it achieve better results. However， there are still many aspects of risk management of foreign exchange business that are not in place in some enterprises， which need to be taken seriously. The paper examines and discusses this. Based on the brief analysis of the importance of risk management of foreign exchange business， this paper emphatically analyzes the problems existing in the risk management of foreign exchange business， and finally puts forward the optimization countermeasures on how to strengthen and improve the risk management of foreign exchange business.

1 引言

随着我国金融体系的日益完善，特别是在国际金融业务快速发展的今天，外汇业务越来越多，而且很多企业已经将外汇业务纳入整个业务体系当中，呈现出良好的发展态势。从当前一些企业开展外汇业务的整体情况来看，尽管普遍具有一定的专业化水平，但在具体的实施过程中仍然面临诸多风险，在一定程度上制约了外汇业务的可持续发展，需要引起重视。这就需要企业在开展外汇业务的过程中，把外汇业务风险管理上升到更高层面，特别是要坚持问题导向，着眼于解决外汇业务风险管理面临的突出问题，运用科学的方法和措施，大力推动外汇业务风险管理改革和创新，努力使外汇业务风险管理更加科学和完善，进而促进外汇业务可持续发展。

2 外汇业务风险管理的重要性

在外汇业务越来越多的情况下，加强外汇业务风险管理至关重要，既有利于促进外汇业务的科学和健康发展，也有利于进一步优化和完善管理体系，使外汇业务呈现出良好的发展态势。……
