【摘  要】随着信息时代的到来，互联网技术在各个行业的应用也越来越普遍，这也为我国经济的发展提供了非常有利的条件。工商管理模式的创新实践是现代企业经营管理中的核心内容，工商管理模式将直接影响企业在日常经营中解决各种管理问题的效率，是企业稳定持续发展的重要指标。因此，企业的管理者应该合理地运用现代化信息技术，提升企业工商管理的水平，实现企业的健康稳定发展。

【Abstract】With the advent of the information era， the application of internet technology in various industries is becoming more and more common， which also provides very favorable conditions for China's economic development. The innovative practice of business administration mode is the core content of operation and management of modern enterprises. Business administration mode will directly affect the efficiency of solving various management problems in the daily operation of enterprises， and it is an important indicator of the stable and sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore， the managers of enterprises should reasonably use modern informatization technology， improve the level of business administration of enterprises， so as to  realize the healthy and stable development of enterprises.

1 引言

时代在不断地发展，信息技术也在逐渐地成熟和普及，在社会生活中随处可见信息技术的影子，为人们的生活提供了很多便利之处。企业的工商管理工作也可以利用先进的互联网技术，改善目前企业管理中存在的问题，提升工商管理的质量，使企业实现更大的价值。为使企业良好地发展，就要敢于打破传统工商管理模式，紧跟时代发展的方向，优化和创新企业工商管理模式。

2 互联网背景下工商管理模式中存在的不足之处

2.1 工商管理缺乏创新

在当前的社会环境中，企业与企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，所以企业要想不被市场所淘汰，就必须以创新和实践作为企业发展中的重要目标和方向，优化和改善自身的企业工商管理模式。但在实际的企业当中，企业的管理层往往容易被眼前的经济利益所迷惑，只看到当前的发展状况，进而忽略了企业长远发展的制度建设。……
