【摘  要】从我国的土地实际情况分析可以看出，我国的工业在快速发展的过程中会使用大量的土地，但是在实际工作开展的过程中因为受到各种因素的影响，造成很多土地闲置，致使土地产出在不断地降低，且在实际工作开展时出现供应紧张的局面，不利于我国社会经济的快速发展。为了更加高效地解决该问题，论文提出了“亩产论英雄”实施中存在的不足，相关人员应该对实施现状进行深入探究，并更好地结合当前发展过程中的各项重要因素，科学制定应用方案。

【Abstract】From the analysis of the actual situation of China's land， we can see that China's industry will use a lot of land in the process of rapid development， but in the development process of actual work， because of the influence of various factors， resulting in a lot of land idle， resulting in the land output is constantly reducing， and when actual work is being carried out， a tight supply situation appears， which is not conducive to the rapid development of China's social economy. In order to solve the problem more efficiently， the paper puts forward the shortcomings existing in the implementation of "area-based evaluation mechanism"， and the relevant personnel should conduct an in-depth investigation into the implementation status， and better combine the important factors in the current development process， and scientifically formulate the application plan.

1 引言

在新时代发展过程中，城市化的发展速度在不断地提升，且在实际工作开展时怎样科学地进行土地的使用，才是当下工作开展的重要考虑因素。同时，工业用地出现的闲置问题会对其产生非常严重的影响，导致其产出量在不断地下降，不利于我国土地紧缺的发展现状。有效解决该问题的方法就是采用“亩产论英雄”的方法进行合理的讨论，采用单位面积的产出量进行工业用地产出绩效的评价，通过相关制度对其进行深入的探究和分析，结合实际的发展现状采用相关的方法进行工作的落实，使其可以有效地进行工业用地的使用，最大限度促进我国社会的发展。
