【摘  要】随着现代国有企業的不断发展，其为经济社会发展水平的提高带来了极大的便利。党风廉政建设工作作为现代国有企业日常生产运营的重要环节，如果不对其进行严格规范管理，极易造成工作漏洞等问题，同时，对企业自身的运转与发展也会造成一定的影响。因此，国企应解决传统运转模式中的不良问题，进一步促进企业自身及社会整体的健康发展。论文主要对现代国企党风廉政建设的强化策略进行分析探究。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of modern state-owned enterprises， they have brought great convenience for the improvement of the level of economic and social development. The work of building good conduct and political integrity is an important part of the daily production and operation of modern state-owned enterprises. If it is not managed in a strict and standardized manner， it is very easy to cause work loopholes and other problems， at the same time， it will also have a certain impact on the operation and development of the enterprises themselves. Therefore， the state-owned enterprises should solve the bad problems in the traditional operation mode， and further promote the healthy development of enterprises themselves and society as a whole. This paper mainly analyzes and explores the strengthening strategies of building good conduct and political integrity in modern state-owned enterprises.

1 加强国有企业党风廉政建设的重要意义

1.1 优化国企的社会形象

通常情况下，任何一家企业在日常经营运转的过程中，其自身社会形象发挥着关键性的作用，并对其发展进程及市场竞争力等方面会造成较大影响。因此，在现代国企日常发展的过程中，企业管理人员需要充分认识党风廉政建设工作的重要性，结合有关部门的政策制度，加强党风廉政建设工作的开展，创建科学规范且标准有序的生产运营环境，对企业自身的信誉度进行有效保障，以此为基础创建出更加优质的国企形象，为企业及行业整体的后期发展奠定坚实的基础。

1.2 提高国企内部的凝聚力

众所周知，一个国家前进的重要动力是民族的凝聚力，同时，也是该国综合国力的核心灵魂。同样，当一个国有企业在生产运营的过程中，其内部人员的凝聚力决定着企业自身的发展水平与效率，并向外界展现企业自身的综合实力。……
