【摘  要】随着国民经济的快速发展及电力体制的改革，火力发电企业的生存空间逐渐缩小。论文对ERP系统在企业财务的精细化管理中的应用进行分析研究，目的是提高火力发电企业的市场竞争能力，充分应用各种先进的信息技术，促进财务管理优化，使企业财务管理规范化、精细化。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of national economy and the reform of power system， the survival space of thermal power generation enterprises is gradually shrinking. The paper analyzes and studies the application of ERP system in the fine management of enterprise finance， with the aim of improving the market competitiveness of thermal power generation enterprises， fully applying various advanced information technologies， promoting the optimization of financial management， and standardizing and refining the financial management of enterprises.

1 引言

目前，由于我國实施建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的政策，用水、环保等方面要求越来越高，而火力发电企业高能耗、重污染、高人工化、低效率的生产结构和流程急需调整升级，这就迫使企业必须找出问题，降低经营成本。因此，将ERP系统应用于企业并采取财务精细化管理势在必行。

2 火力发电企业财务精细化管理概述

所谓财务精细化管理，是指在规范管理的基础上对企业中各个财务岗位以及相关业务开展实施精细化的管理，并将精细化观念灌输到整个工作流程和岗位业务当中。精细化管理作为一种科学高效的管理方法，同时，也是一种管理理念，可以从细节处提出财务业务当中的可优化策略，进而剔除其流程中难以察觉但大量存在的微小冗杂成本。结合火力发电企业实际，其财务精细化管理主要体现在以下几个方面。

2.1 成本控制的精细化

目前，大多数火力发电企业面临成本管理过于松散的问题，主要表现为只追求如何更好地产出，而忽视对投入成本上的控制问题。……
