【摘  要】随着我国经济与科学技术的快速发展，人们的物质生活水平也在不断地提高。在此背景下，基层党组织将承担更多的责任，其也是提高我国民众凝聚力的关键所在。可以说在新形势下，基层党建工作有着非常重要的意义，但是就目前我国基层党建工作开展的实际情况来分析可以看出，在实际工作中并未取得较好的效果，所以针对新形势下基层党建工作进行探究，分析其创新措施十分重要，论文以此为核心开展研究。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy and science and technology， people's material living standard is also constantly improving. Under this background， grassroots Party organizations will assume more responsibilities， and they are also the key to improve the cohesion of China's people. It can be said that under the new situation， grassroots Party building work has a very important significance. However， after analyzing the actual situation of carrying out the grassroots Party building work in China， it can be seen that the actual work has not achieved better results. Therefore， it is important to study the grassroots Party building work under the new situation and analyze its innovative measures， and the paper carries out research with this as the core.

1 引言

我国的改革工作已经获得了非常好的成果，而基层党建工作也取得了非常好的成效。在人们物质和精神需求日益增加的同时，我国的基层党组织也面临着更多的挑战和机遇，如何完善和创新基层党建工作，加强基层党组织的导向性作用是目前我国基层党组织需要考虑的问题。本文以基层党建工作的创新为研究核心，分析其具体措施。

2 新形势下基层党建工作创新的重要性

首先，基层党建工作是我党实现领导和执政目标的支撑力量，而在深化改革、发展社会主义市场经济的过程中，基层党建工作对于我国基层党员的工作有着十分重要的导向作用，也可以帮助基层党员干部在思想意识多样化和复杂化的背景下保持本心、坚持党性，确保人民群众的民主意识更加深化。可以说，基层党建工作在我党领导中起着非常重要的战斗堡垒作用，而创新基层党建工作可以更好地应对现阶段智能化、信息化、新型媒体等挑战。……
