摘要 [目的]初步筛查海南狗牙花抗肿瘤活性部位。[方法]采用MTT比色法测定海南狗牙花4种提取物分别对人非小细胞肺癌细胞（A549）和人乳腺癌细胞（MCF-7）体外生长抑制作用。[结果]海南狗牙花4种提取物对2种肿瘤细胞呈现不同的抑制活性，乙酸乙酯提取物的抗肿瘤活性最强，石油醚提取物次之，正丁醇萃取物较弱而萃取后的水层无抗肿瘤活性。[结论]该研究为深入研究海南狗牙花中具有抗肿瘤活性的单体化合物提供科学依据。

Abstract [Objective]To initially screen the anti-tumor active parts of Ervatamia hainanensis.[Method]MTT colourometry was used to determine the inhibitory effect of four extracts of Ervatamia hainanensis on A549 and MCF-7 human tumor cells in vitro.[Result]The four extracts of Ervatamia hainanensis showed different inhibitory activities on two kinds of tumor cells， the anti-tumor activity of the ethyl acetate extract was the strongest， the petroleum ether was the second， the n-butanol extract was weak， and the aqueous layer after the extraction had no anti-tumor activity.[Conclusion]This research provides scientific basis for the in-depth study of the monomeric compounds with anti-tumor activity in Ervatamia hainanensis.

海南狗牙花（Ervatamia hainanensis Tsiang），夹竹桃科狗牙花属灌木，又名单根木，主要分布在我国云南、广西、海南等地区，是一种民间中草药。海南狗牙花，味苦、辛，性凉，主治清热解毒、降血压、降血脂、消肿止痛，治疗腹痛和咽喉肿痛等[1]。现代研究表明，海南狗牙花中含有生物碱、三萜类、木质素、甾醇等多种化学成分，有不少研究发现，狗牙花提取物中还含有抗肿瘤活性成分，显示出对某些癌细胞具有抑制作用[2-9]。该研究将海南狗牙花根茎进行充分提取并分离出乙酸乙酯萃取物、石油醚萃取物、正丁醇萃取物和萃取后的水层4种组分，将这4种组分分别作为药物给予，作用于人乳腺管癌细胞MCF-7和人非小细胞肺癌细胞A549，采用MTT检测法进行药物毒性试验，初步研究其抗肿瘤活性，为深入研究海南狗牙花中具有抗肿瘤活性的单体化合物提供科学依据。……
