摘要 [目的]全面調查铜川市王益区野生和栽培药用植物的种类、分布、蕴藏量，为王益区制定中药材资源保护与合理利用、中药产业发展政策以及长远规划提供科学依据;采集和保存药用植物标本，为国家提供王益区第一手资料，为中药材资源数据库奠定基础。[方法]通过查阅文献、地方植物志等相关资料，结合野外实地走访调查，以中药资源普查技术规范为指导，对野生药用植物资源的调查采用代表区域-样地-样方套-样方的方法，选取草丛、灌丛、针叶林、阔叶林4种代表区域进行调查。[结果]覆盖10多个乡镇38个样地190个套方1 140个样方的调查;调查药用植物种类179种，采集药用植物标本136种共达587份，种质资源29种，药材资源35种。[结论]王益区野生药用植物资源丰富，种类繁多;通过第四次中药资源调查，全面掌握王益区野生、栽培中药资源种类、分布和蕴藏量，为保护好中药资源、促进中药产业健康发展、推动王益区药材经济发展提供了依据。

Abstract [Objective]To comprehensively investigate the types， distribution and reserves of wild and cultivated medicinal plants in Wangyi District of Tongchuan City， and to provide scientific basis for Wangyi District to formulate the protection and rational utilization of Chinese medicinal resources， the development policy of Chinese medicine industry and long-term planning;collecting and preserving medicinal plant specimens， providing the country with first-hand information of Wangyi District， and laying the foundation for the database of Chinese medicinal materials.[Method]By referring to the literature， local flora and other related materials， combined with field visits and surveys， guided by the technical specifications for the survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources， the survey of wild medicinal plant resources was conducted using representative areas-sample plot-sample square-sample square methods.Four representative areas of grass， shrub， coniferous forest and broad-leaved forest were selected for investigation. [Result]The survey covered 190 sets of 1 140 samples in 38 plots in 10 towns;surveyed 179 medicinal plant species， collected 136 medicinal plant specimens， totaling 587 copies， 29 germplasm resources and 35 medicinal materials species. [Conclusion]The wild medicinal plants in Wangyi District are rich in resources and various types;through the fourth survey of Chinese medicinal resources， we fully grasp the types， distribution and reserves of wild and cultivated Chinese medicinal resources in Wangyi District. It provides a basis for promoting the economic development of medicinal materials in Wangyi District.
