摘要 近年来，休闲农庄发展迅猛，研学旅行如火如荼，教育体验成为两者共同关注的焦点。以研学旅行的视角，从促进休闲农庄的产教融合、打造休闲农庄的特色品牌、拓展休閑农庄的营利渠道、延续休闲农庄的独特文化等方面，揭示休闲农庄提升教育体验的价值所在。针对休闲农庄现存的教学前沿不明、课程规范不够、复合人才不足、文化传承不强等瓶颈，提出理解教育主动对接、完善课程彰显特色、培育人才依托团队、探究文脉贯通古今等具体解决路径。

Abstract In recent years， leisure farms have developed rapidly， and research trips are in full swing. The educational experience has become the focus of both.From the perspective of research travel， from the aspects of promoting the integration of industry and education in leisure farms， creating a unique brand of leisure farms， expanding the profit channels of leisure farms， and continuing the unique culture of leisure farms， it reveals the value of leisure farms in enhancing the educational experience. In view of the bottlenecks such as the unclear teaching frontiers， insufficient curriculum standards， inadequate compound talents， and weak cultural inheritance of leisure farms， specific solutions such as understanding active education docking， perfecting curriculum characteristics， cultivating talents to rely on teams， and exploring cultural context through ancient and modern are proposed.

休闲农庄是指以山林、田园、湖泊、溪流、水库等自然生态景观资源为依托，以农林牧渔等特色农业生产、加工、经营为基础，结合民俗文化、农耕文化、农事活动、农家生活，通过农业创意，为人们提供观光旅游、教育体验、康养休闲等服务的新型农业企业形态[1]。

研学旅行是近年来国内教育界备受推崇的新型学习方式。在教育部2016年颁布的文件《教育部等11部门关于推进中小学生研学旅行的意见》[2]中明确指出：“中小学生研学旅行是由教育部门和学校有计划地组织安排，通过集体旅行、集中食宿方式开展的研究性学习和旅行体验相结合的校外教育活动，是学校教育和校外教育衔接的创新形式，是教育教学的重要内容，是综合实践育人的有效途径。”

研学旅行涉及领域广泛，我国作为农业大国，农业领域的研学旅行必不可少。……
