摘  要：广电有线网络是传播国家政策、服务社会大众的重要公共媒体平台。保障广电有线网络的信息安全，加强其工程技术与发展模式的创新，对于推动我国广电有线网络的发展以及促进我国网络强国目标的实现具有重要意义。为了进一步提升广电网络的现实价值，文章以广西广电网络有线网络工程为例，介绍了广电有线网络工程的技术创新与体系转型升级，指出在当前形势下广电有线网络应注重县级融媒体中心的建设，加速智慧广电建设，推动广电5G与广电有线网络的整合。

Technology Development

—Take the Construction of Guangxi Radio and Television Cable Network Engineering as an Example

Abstract： Radio and television cable network is an important public media platform for disseminating national policies and serving the public. Ensuring the information security of radio and television cable network and strengthening the innovation of its engineering technology and development mode are of great significance to promote the development of China’s radio and television cable network and the realization of the goal of making China a network powerful state. In order to further improve the practical value of the radio and television network， taking Guangxi radio and television network cable network project as an example， this paper introduces the technical innovation and system transformation and upgrading of radio and television cable network project， and points out that under the current situation， radio and television cable network should pay attention to the construction of county-level financial media center， accelerates the construction of smart radio and television network， and promotes the integration of radio and television 5G and radio and television cable network.

值新中國成立70周年之际，习近平总书记在中国各行各业发展业态的重要讲话中提到，广电有线网络是传递党和国家最新政策、弘扬社会正能量以及服务社会大众的重要媒体。充分挖掘广电网络在信息传递方面的作用，实现广电有线网络的健康发展，对于提高我国广播电视媒体平台在传媒领域中的传播力、引导力、影响力方面具有重要的作用。随着互联网技术的发展，信息传播的新渠道越来越多，广电有线网络工程作为一种相对传统的媒体平台，其在信息传播业务领域中面临的市场竞争越来越激烈，在各种新兴技术快速迭代的同时，广电有线网络的最根本属性逐渐弱化。如何紧随社会发展，不断创新广电有线网络工程技术与运营模式成为当前的重要课题。……
