西塘市集上的美术馆选取折板屋顶作为唤起人类集体记忆的意象来源，运用一种独立于人的主体性的抽象设计手法，找寻一种恰如该建筑社会地位及文化身份的设计方式。作为山水秀建筑设计事务所的新作，设计中频繁出现“形制”“秩序”“原型”等关键词，建筑师不但以现代手法来重释双坡屋顶的思维脉络，又独立地对钢木结构的空间整合设计进行了探索。

The Art Gallery on the Market in Xitang selects the folded plate roof as the source of images to evoke the collective memory of mankind,and uses an abstract design method independent of human subjectivity to find a design method that corresponds to the social status and cultural identity of the building.As the new work of Scenic Architecture Office,the key words "Form","Order" and "Prototype" frequently appear in the design.The architect not only reinterpreted the thinking vein of double slope roof with modern techniques,but also independently explored the spatial integration design of steel and wood structure.

1 折板和钢木结构的整合

祝晓峰：感谢《建筑技艺》的邀请，非常荣幸今天能够和大家分享市集上的美术馆的设计心得和体会。希望借这次品谈会与大家共同探讨在工程建筑学理念下的工程基础、结构基础和建筑技艺的关系。

市集上的美术馆在山水秀建筑事务所的实践中并不是一个孤立的项目，它是我们折板系列项目中的第七个。……
